Flowers of the Forest

Although Canada is the world’s second largest in area, its population is relatively small –roughly one tenth that of the United States. During the first half of the Twentieth Century, Canada ‘punched above its weight’ in conflicts ranging from the Boer War to the Korean conflict and two major world wars. Flowers of the Forest follows two generations of Canadians who participated in these conflicts.
