A Moment Of Silence

At any given moment, on any day, circumstances are altered, causing split second decisions to be made. Within those precious seconds, there is a moment of silence. It's inside those moments where one must take into account the outcome of each choice. A MOMENT OF SILENCE looks at some of the ambiguities and the consequences of what happens within that space of time.
