Having been in the food service industry for over twenty eight years, managing some of New Orleans finer restaurants and upscale hotels. I've created a collection of many of my wonderful low- Cal recipes for this book for your enjoyment. My experiences run the gamut in food service industry. I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes eating healthy foods. What I have assembled here is easy to make fun low calorie recipes for the grill,easy salads and cool sandwiches,that don't require extensive exotic ingredients.
