The control of a persons mind by brainwashing is not well known, but has been going on for a long time. Governments have used it for years and athletes use to enhance their performance in sports. The methods used include hypnosis, fear, starvation, affection and religious promises of paradise. The main reason for writing a book on this subject is to make the public aware of the dangers of hypnosis and tell them how to use it and still protect themselves. It is used in advertising by repeated use of catch phases and increasing the sound volume to instill their products in the mind. The military is very adept at brainwashing their personnel, particularly the Marine Corps. When used under the proper conditions, hypnosis is a wonderful method removing both mental and physical problems.
