Ron Tracer, Eli Whitewater and Jeannie again find themselves in hot water resulting from Tracer’s new interest in gemstones.  The sparkly baubles of corundum and carbon manage to get not only his attention, but those malefactors who know the value of a carat.  Jeannie is kidnapped and taken to Sri Lanka, but there is much more to this story of intrigue and deception.  Astounding wealth awaits the one who perseveres.
