Not My Children

In my professional life I have come across many senior persons who, at that stage of their lives, had very little, if any, ongoing contact with their grandchildren.

Grandchildren and grandparents need each other to fulfill and enrich their lives in many positive ways. Loneliness of the seniors easily disappears when they are with their grandchildren and the children get the benefit of experience and wisdom of their grandparents.

Drawing on my personal observations and experiences I have explored this matter further.
