Strength to the Strong Hand: A Tale of Ireland

In 994 A.D. sixteen-year-old Conla O’Feargal is captured by Viking marauders and sold into slavery to a landholder in Iceland.

Five years later O’Feargal escapes and makes his way across the sea to Dublin. He is soon befriended by the Black Cloaks, a rebel band opposed to the Danes. O’Feargal proves to be a fierce warrior.
