The Grail of Catholic Emancipation 1793 to 1829

This is the history of the struggle or grail of the Catholics of Ireland and Britain to achieve what was called 'emancipation' namely the right to political offices from which they were excluded, and in particular the right to be Member of Parliament. In Ireland, history has a habit of impacting itself on the present. So it is essential to get one's facts right. This I hope to have done in this book.
