This training manual is a study guide that is designed to give reference to the basics of D.A.T. (Defensive Arts Training) requirements. This study guide can be read by the beginner student, advance student, or novice who just seeks some point of reference. It should also be noted that each person develops at his or her own pace, so it is only with time, practice and discipline that will allow you to grow. My hope is that this training manual aids, informs, educates, or guides students in the use of techniques and is beneficial in their personal growth.
