I Got My Breath Back

There will come a time in the journey of life that the Universe will require you to stop, reflect and take a stand before moving forward to the next Earth lesson. When a lesson is successfully mastered the “next level” door opens and you gracefully move forward to experience other lessons. Otherwise, you will remain where you are, captured, to experience mini-sets of similar lessons at differentiated tempos. Finally transported through those essential storms of growth you will move forward to the next level. It is during the moments of pause and reflection that deeper thought will force you to examine at least three options; Reflection, Standing and Breathing. Through this collection of poems the author shares her reflections, her need to stand and move forward. Through emotions, purpose and hope it is believed that Earth lessons can be achieved and one can move on to the next level of new Earth lessons.
