Grief is the worst pain a person can go through. Itâs a journey no one can plan for, and there is no time limit when you will be through it. Some seem to march right through it, and for others, like myself, it takes years.
There isnât any surefire way to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and move on with your life.
Itâs okay to feel sad or cry. Whether you are going down the road in your car or home alone, if you feel like crying, go ahead and cry.
After forty-two years of marriage, I found myself lost and alone. I
thought I was going crazy, but I found a grief group and found out what I
felt was normal.
