SOLVING MANAGEMENT'S PUZZLE: THE ART OF MANAGING PEOPLE AND ADAPTING IN AN OVERSEAS ENVIRONMENT

This in-depth look at living and working in a foreign country focuses on two major topics that a manager should be aware of when in this environment: 1. managing people who work in that environment, including local foreign national, third country national and home country staff; and, 2. how a person himself/herself adapts to the foreign country that they are working in.
