Reflections of Fran Stone

Fran, the daughter of an auto mechanic grew up in west Texas during the 1940s and 1950s. Life is good until she suffers some heartbreaking losses and makes regrettable and costly mistakes in her life. What she once believed fades, leaving her unable to cope. Thinking money will solve her problems, she moved to Dallas where she meets people who help her achieve her goal. But Fran soon realizes she has gone about it the wrong way and is haunted by her actions.
The manner in which the story unfolds makes a very unique book, perhaps unlike any other novel. Although all the characters are fictional they are well defined and believable as living, breathing human beings. They interact well with each other and the story ends with an unusual twist.
