IN THE MORNING SUN is based on the true story of one soldier’s three-year adventure.  Half a world from home, he finds himself in the middle of a war… the war in Vietnam. From the chaotic streets of Saigon, to the rice paddies of rural Vietnam, and to the confines of a small bamboo cage, his journey is filled with surprises.  Along the way, he meets people who will become life-long friends, and others who he will spend a lifetime trying to forget.  Not just a war story, ...
