The book is written with the intent of reinforcing and challenging the current belief systems on the subject of afterlife and supernatural existence. In addition, the story intends to raise awareness and provoke thought to the questions: “What if there is life after death?” and “What if God exists?” Although from a scientific perspective, answers are yet to be proven, the ultimate breakthrough seems to be surfacing each day from the world beyond. None of us may have concrete explanations as to why things happen the way they do. Whenever unexplained phenomena occurs, skeptics tend to attribute outcomes to luck or coincidences. However, during the course of life, each one of us is faced with the loss of a loved one and part of us wants to believe that we are not left alone. Depending on the belief system, some may believe that death is only a temporary separation from loved ones, while others may refute this concept with the argument that “When you’re dead, you’re dead!" The content of this book reinforces the concept about the existence of afterlife and God, while challenging opposite views. The intent is to intrigue the mind in a match of pondering questions. Once the reader experiences the life of the main character, Liviu, and upon deeper personal reflection, one may come to the realization about different possibilities. Therefore, the reader is dared to ask oneself the “What if…?” questions, and ponder upon their answers in private. Curiosity would then bring further personal inquiries to questions like: “Would I live life differently if the previous statements were true?”, “Am I living my life to its greatest potential?” and “What would I change, if anything?” The underlying intention is to strive to assist in enlightening belief systems to the next level of thinking that may ultimately result in happier and more fulfilled lives. Therefore, one is encouraged to answer oneself: “What if…?”
