Cats Rule the World...?

Should cats rule the world? That's the topic at a great gathering of all cats. The question is debated, and the grand and glorious (or otherwise) history of cats is reviewed. There's the story of Christopher Cat-lumbus, the explorer, Thomas Cat-ison, the inventor, SnowCat and the Seven Mice, and the great flying hero Super Cat...but then the vote is called.
