The New Constitution of Tunisia: Choices and Decisions: The Wilberforce Society University of Cambridge

This Book was originally unveiled a few weeks ago as a Constitutional Draft and Report for the People of Tunisia. Through back channels, this Book was sought by several Tunisian officials and civil society experts, especially to spell out the experiences in other societies — transitional democracies and more established ones. In addition to a Constitutional Draft, this Book addresses several specific issues facing the Tunisian People, namely Tunisian Politics after the Election; Separation of Powers; Judicial Independence and Judicial Review; Individual Rights, Democracy and Fair Elections; and, finally, Anti-Corruption. The Report is especially sensitive to creating a system of a structural as well as an explicitly stated anti-corruption framework.
