Raging Waters: The Misadventures of Sarah Davies

Raging Waters is the fourth book in the y/a series and it takes Sarah and her friends to a family reunion at an unfamiliar park for what they expect to be a day of fun and relaxation. However, an earlier dream of impending danger where someone at the picnic becomes injured and lost, and that convinces Sarah that she's losing Brad, becomes a reality when her five-year old cousin, a little boy with severe autism, gets lost just as a major storm sets in. Unfortunately, shortly before they learn of his disappearance, Brad tells Sarah that he's leaving to go to college in another city and when she learns who his new roommate is, she's devastated because it isn't going to be Ali. Sarah is distressed and unable to focus at times on the urgency of finding Joey, but she soon puts aside this personal conflict so that she can work with Brad, as well as Meagan and Ali in a search that becomes life threatening for the little boy. As the storm presses on, clues take them deep inside a forest that leads them to the one place they dread the most: the brutal and unforgiving raging waters.
