Scablands: S.A.A.I.

S.A.A.I. is the first installment of short stories set in the Scablands world post apocalyptic circumstances. S.A.A.I. is a story about a programmer, Alex, living in this disfigured world. Nations are gone, and states dissolved. All that remain are underground burrows operating as nation states within alliances. Alex must venture out to subdue a renegade artificial intelligence that has gone from a simple AI set up, to becoming self aware and dangerously intelligent. She and two other technicians from the Franco-Denmark-Deutschland Union venture forth against the isolated AI only to encounter the unexpected and the twisted.
