Developing Galaxies The year is 2050 there is one world government from many years of war it's called the United Nations Council, scientists have developed a way to study the universe in an old and out dated machine called CERN, built by the former European Union in2009, little do they know it's about to crack releasing a newly developed galaxy, which forms within our own, struggling to stop the galaxy forming they call on a mad scientist Anthony Marino whom strengthens it.
