How do you turn the cold shiver of disappointment into scorching hot euphoria, so hot it sets your pants on fire! The opportunity for Grampy and Toby to enter the Great Go Go Go Cart Race is met with set back after set back - until a chance meeting with Mr Rossi, whose ice cream carts resemble racing cars, saves the day. With some bits and pieces from here and there they construct 'Grampy a Go - Go', the fastest go cart in town. Will a following wind and a scrum of acrobatic dogs help Grampy and Toby to blast their way to victory?!
