Tree-girl

Willowy-haired, bark-skinned Tree-girl, known as the Protector of the Forest, is well-versed in the ways of nature and the animal community but curious about the humans she observes from her clandestine perch on the branch of an old oak. When an encounter with a rather irritating visitor to her forest incites her to perform a bit of resentful matchmaking, Tree-girl is unexpectedly propelled on a path of self-discovery. After over a century of life, she at last uncovers the truth about her origins. The question is, is she ready to live up to her new-found legacy?
