Level Ground: Know Whom You're Hiring .... Or Else

Level Ground” presents a real challenge for you as a legitimate homeowner or homerenter residing anywhere in the country. The greatest challenge, of course, is to adopt protocol or a working system which is practically fool-proof against residential contractors whom you are not familiar with……but then…. with whom you may very well be. You may know a little bit of this… a little bit of that, but how much do you really know? Hmm…..“Level Ground” raises serious questions as to the sanity of our decisions to hire residential contractors on the strength of just a name or word-of-mouth, rather than on the strength of researched evidence to the effect that the seemingly congenial contractors “are who they say they are and something more.” Dig in! The reason I say this is that something very eerie always occurs when a person doesn't have or loses perspective with regard to who he actually is....or who “she” actually is.
