The New York City sidewalks offered promising wealth to a young entrepreneur claiming to be a homeless Veteran living in a cardboard box. But his luck changed when he bought a winning lottery ticket and it wasn’t for the good either after losing it to a pick pocket that stole his wallet and had also lost the ticket.
