Patty Gates pleaded to her husband to buy back his old family estate that sat nestled along the Hudson River in Up-state New York. The house needed extensive repairs and she chose to hire a builder off Angie's List only to find he was quite the opposite of his profile. Working in a home full of spirits was not in his agreement.
