Life Notes: Real Advice for Real Life

Life Notes originally began as a device to provide advice and encouragement to victims of domestic violence. As the work progressed it transformed into a word of advice for my son. We have endured and continue to fight the fight everyday of overcoming what domestic violence has done to us. If anything ever happened to me, I thought it would be nice for him to have some what of a record of my thoughts and feelings about certain life experiences. He is the reason I make better choices today and the source of my strength.
