Today, the spread of globalization due to advances in technology, transport, and communication has led to unprecedented changes in the social, political, economic, and cultural environment leading increased practices like global outsourcing amongst companies. Outsourcing refers to contracting a third party to perform various processes such as customer support service of a company mainly to allow the company to concentrate on its core functions.
