The Watchful Eyes

This short story deals with the predicaments of the educated people, whose sufferings cannot be seen, and their voices cannot be heard by the authorities. Whenever they are kind of threat to the norms, they are watched and warned, but when they fight for survival, the authorities turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to them.
