The Hammer And The Sword

A young blacksmith is framed for attempting to murder the wife of a king, and is made an unwilling pawn in a plot that will forever alter the country. After a twist of fate allows him to escape his imprisonment, he agrees to lead an army being raised by the king's nephew in the hopes of clearing his name. On the way to meeting the army he is to help lead, he must contend with battle and betrayal, as he tries to hold onto his beliefs while facing the fact that his life will never again be the same.
