Life Beyond Downsizing

Janice M. Spangenburg, Ph.D is the author of this book and others as well as articles on organizational issues. Her favorite subjects include radical organizational change and human capital studies. This stems from her experience with downsizing and being a survivor herself. Dr. Spangenburg has had over 24 yearsâ experience with federal organizations and has been a consultant for a number of years. Today, in private practice, Dr. Spangenburg strives to provide exemplary consulting, teaching and mentoring to all levels of academia and business.
