There is too much paperwork at Marlington Elementary, but the principal discourages negativity on campus. Teachers and students become very unhappy. One teacher, Nelly, wants things to change but is fearful that she will be labeled as “Negative Nelly.” Can Nelly solve the problem before it’s too late?
