Light Verses....Just for Laughs: Amusing Four-Liners

These verses will allow us to leave, for a few moments, our world of conflict and chaos and enter into a Realm of ridiculous wry wit, and fun.

They are certain to elicit some smiles, a few chuckles, and maybe a belly laugh or two.

Some of them were published, years ago, on the Postscripts Page of The Saturday Evening Post; some of them in the Pepper and Salt section of The Wall Street Journal; and some of them, including a contest winning limerick, in Arizona, the weekly magazine section of The Arizona Republic: and one in McCall’s.

The author has also published more serious verses in the Ensign and The Friend, religious publications, and a book of limericks, Let There be Limericks, a Light Look at the Bible.
