"A DAY AT THE PARK WITH FRIENDS" is a story of drug awareness. The concept of (...YELL NO! LET'S GO!) is to teach the child to "Yell No" and leave the situation when drugs present themselves to the child. It is my hope that all children won't ever try drugs and become addicted to them, but if they stay in the situation they will try them. Once they try a drug they are going to want them the rest of their lives, and the resulting addiction will be devastating. If we can engrave into the childâs mind that to no only "Yell No", but to leave the situation, then they will not succumb to peer pressure and try drugs resulting in another person becoming addicted to drugs. Remember when there are drugs always, YELL NO! LET'S GO!
