The World and Myself In It

THIS BOOK OF POEMS IS FOR ADULTS ONLY!!! The poems are about the unsettling condition of the world and it just expresses my thoughts and opinions about how everything is really connected and it is a small world after all. However true that may be, there is still too much division and emphasis placed on skin color, gender, age, weight, and socioeconomic status in the U. S. A. or the free world. Furthermore, all people want the same things that includes: Love, Peace, and Happiness, but how one achieves that is up to each individual. Some people still have issues with God, but the real problem is within their self (mind). We all need to be more kind, helpful, cooperative, and learn how to work together in this new internet and multicultural world because it is going forward and not backwards, whether people like it or not! Last but not least, poetry is an art form and it is just fun to write and share problems that we all have with relationships: (mother-in-laws’, husbands, wives children, lovers, co-workers, neighbors, friends, or strangers) sex, money, love, government, church, and the world itself.
