Emily Gaddi is a doctoral student at Pepperdine University in their School of Education and Psychology. She is majoring in Organizational Leadership. She earned her Masters degree in 2009 at University of Redlands in Redlands, California. She completed her Bachelors degree with a major in Philosophy at University of Santo Tomas in 1987 Manila, Philippines. Majority of her background is retailing from the buying office and retail management. She is a people person.
