From Plot to Plate: "A Story of Ambition and Dedication"

Eduardo loves his job as the school’s STEM coordinator but his real passion is farming. He and his family grow a corn crop, raise cattle, and they have a few chickens and goats. Eduardo, his two sons, George and Jose, and his wife, Maria play an active role in running the farm. Eduardo loves math and science of which skills in both subjects are vitally important in operating the farm. George enjoys growing plants and Jose is especially fond of raising animals. Maria takes pleasure in spending time in the vegetable garden because she loves the fresh vegetables that she uses in their meals. Spend an afternoon with Eduardo and his boys as they take care of problems that they encounter during an ordinary day on the farm.
