Cracked Vases: Online Alter Ego Betrayals

There are a million stories and reasons why people do the things that they do online. For me, my story begins with the color fuchsia. I thought to myself, This is not evil, it is my balance. Then it came to me—the name of the Web site. I whispered it quietly to myself, saying the name out loud for the first time as I typed it into the address bar and hit Search. Little did I know as I entered the pretty fuchsia site that this was my first of many visits to hell.
