Naughty Nathan is seen through the eyes of shy, 8-year-old Isabel who wonders why Nathan picks on her. Isabel is never mean to anyone; could he be her first person of dislike? Her mother has taught her not to hate anyone and she has been pretty good about it so far. Nathan’s best friend, Charley, is a gentleman; he dresses smart and has nice manners.
