New Leadership into the 21st Century

Leadership is a word that is part of our everyday vocabulary, but we use it without ever really understanding its significance. As with many of the words we have in the English language, some of which are very important, and carry great meaning with them, are either used loosely, or have faded completely out of everyday use. Words like honor, dignity, respect, integrity, etc: for the masses, for the most part, are rarely used. These types of words can mold and shape the character of a person in terms of positive development. But when not used, or have been lost, or stolen, then the whole society looses.
