WOW: Two Scoops Ice Cream Parlor

Nathan Leviticus Neal was born in Anchorage, Alaska and his wife Patricia was born in the northern part of England. Although they were from two different continents what they both could not deny was the thrist for knowledge and excitement was one in the same. Together they created the ambiance within promoting the nostalgia of a neighborhood ice cream parlor and the experience of an English coffee house. Their slogan is: "Where our commodity is ice cream and our product is HAPPINESS!
