An octogenarian's alphabetical words of advice sent to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to aid them in their life's journey. They start with the letter A for Action, B for Beauty, C for Courage, D for Destiny to the end of the alphabet, letter Z, for Zeal.

He wrote these weekly topics without fail from January to July 2001 when he was turning 81, and sent them through the magic of email.
