She also shares miracle stories from Bob's childhood, which were originally published as a series in The Youth's Instructor.

God does not promise us a life without pain and suffering because we live in a sinful world, but He does promise us that He will never leave us or forsake us. Bob and Betty experienced their fair share of pain and suffering, but through it all, they testify to God's providence and love.
