Village Raid

Inhabitants on a Caribbean island have deeply entrenched secretive trading group, which controls all parts of their society. This indigenous group had been there since the old colonial days when the imperialists ruled… with little or no social opportunity for the disadvantaged masses… After independence, the government becomes immensely corrupt, and is now manipulate by these clandestine traders to do their biddings. As the trader’s influence spreads internationally, they started to attract unwanted legal attention from overseas. The group now strategize to close shop, and fade away peacefully in the sunset… With this in mind the group decided to refocus itself and transfer all its influence to avoid detection… but such is easily said than done, as the new forensic technology and massive corruptive outside forces are now undermining the secretive group’s strategy. A new emerging group is gearing up; making all the necessary moves to fit into a new and dangerous world, where dirty politics, crime and murder are governing tools of the police and governing bureaucrats.
