A Taste Of Park City

Park City, Utah. What started out as a hard-working silvermining town in the late 1800’s has grown into a world-famous destination resort. Host to the 2002 Winter Olympics, home of the Sundance Film Festival, Park City welcomes sophisticated visitors who share our love of the outdoors and our support for the arts and for fi ne living. In cooperation with the owners and chefs of the many fi ne restaurants in Park City and its younger neighbor, Deer Valley, A Taste of Park City presents signature dishes with their chefs’ recipes and presentation photographs. All of the ingredients are easily attainable-- and Macey Morris has provided instructions that can be enjoyed by anyone who loves to cook.
