“Crying is not an option” became a reality for me at about the time I realized the impact on our lives, as Ron’s journey with Parkinson’s disease progressed. The first ten years, I would refuse to let the realization of its impact on our lives. I could only do this for so long. The last five years of Ron’s life was one of the most difficult periods we ever had together, except for painting the outside of the house on Horton Road! I am so blessed to have made this journey with the man I loved so dearly.

The book is about a journey we took that was both enlightening and humorous and a gift beyond imagination. It is written for caregivers, in an effort to help make your experience a humorous and loving trip.
