Tallie's in a Sea of Trouble

Tallie is a cairn terrier who lives on a country farm with his sister Tillie. They hunt rats. One night, in pursuit of a poacher, Tallie is kicked over a cliff, and swept out to sea.

How do these strange looking creatures come to his rescue?
