Carrie is a courageous blue-eyed blonde. She is the survivor of a failed marriage and the doting mother of two children: five year old Timmy and four year old Tia. She is a devoted friend to Jill Matthews, a divorced mother of three and her next door neighbor. Jill cajoles her into attending a party where she meets Spencer Nichols: a charming, attractive newspaper reporter with political aspirations.
