Blessed Guilt: (A Universal Conversion Story)

Here is the story of a man on the way of conversion. Though vaguely autobiographical, it is not intended to portray the particulars of any life but to address the journey all souls undergo in moving from the ways of the world – which lead to destruction – to the path of salvation wrought in Christ’s blood. The key step on this journey (to which one must continually return) is life-giving repentance: one must recognize one’s own complicity in the crucifixion of Jesus, and turn to Him for forgiveness. The Son of God has come to save all men from sin, but we cannot find His cleansing blood upon our souls if we fail to see first His blood upon our hands.
