Living Off the Grid with Merlyn Seeley

Have you ever thought about just moving away from society and living in the middle of nowhere or at least someplace that seems like nowhere and starting over with nothing but the basics and keeping it simple? Well you are among a few that can say that and there are even a few of those that have thought that same thought at some point in their lives and who can say they have actually tried it or are doing it now. Hello, my name is Merlyn Seeley and I live off the grid in a one room lofted barn style cabin in the middle of the Ozark mountains of Missouri.

Everything I have except the cabin, I built with my own two hands with the help of my 11 year old daughter and loving wife of 12 years. We had the cabin already built and delivered here by the local Amish community, although we have plenty of timber on the property to build our own home if we had to. I will actually use timber from the land to build onto our small cabin in the near future. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live like this, well then this book is a good place to start with stacking up on the knowledge you need in order to survive out here.

All you have to do to get started is make the jump and just go for it. In this book I will tell you how you can try this life out and if you do not like it, how easy it is to just go back to what you know. Today there are ways of sampling different lifestyles without having to completely change your life right off.
