Morning on the Mountain: Adirondack Adventures

Summer nights were just beginning when my wife and I began our first year together by walking into a cottage on the side of a mountain that sloped down to a lake. Here at the edge of the Adirondack Wilderness Preserve in upper New York State we would soon be raising a family of five children and taking them into these friendly wilds summer after summer for weeks at a time. In this book, Morning on the Mountain, I tell of the beginnings and then various adventures there. We all sort of grew up together.
